I'm looking for 20" baseboard diffusers and haven't been able to find anything in my local store or internet searches. If anyone knows where I might find these, please let me know. Thanks. |

This request pops up from time to time. As the standard dimension is 18-inch, it is difficult to satisfy the request without pointing out that Hart and Cooley will make custom grill dimensions.

One can assume that in the past one of the grill manufacturers picked a 20-inch length, even though studs are at 18-inch intervals.
Another assumption can be that the DIY just doesn't measure to 18-inches, or that if there really is a hole of 20-inches, that adding a one-inch trim on either side would satisfy the need.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made. |
