Air Sled for moving appliances on hardwood floors

on Bob's video BVTV/HomeAgain/Video-1325-01-1.html-40K he shows an air sled that easily slides refrigerators, washers, etc. across a hardwood floor, using these air inflated pads. Where can I buy them and who makes them?
