Just a possible option: I've never tried one of these myself, but I've seen them in tool catalogs for years. They're "Power Twist" belts that you custom-fit for your machine.

I saw that both PowerTwist and Grizzly have them at Amazzon. I'm sure you can find elsewhere as well.

If you end up going this route, please report back and let us know how it's working for you!, I'm curious myself!

I had a THS2727A. I'm not sure if the belt was the same as yours, but I was also unable to locate a replacement after mine crumbled. I eventually gave up, and added a v-belt pulley and an external motor (an expensive option). Now I have a rockwell table saw that has a similar cogged belt, but I believe it is shorter. However you might check a Delta parts dealer and see if they have any the same size as yours. The last time I tried to find one was 5 or more years ago. Good luck.

The Gates part number for a belt that is only 3/8" wide is 110XL037.

They have the full width sleeve manufactured by Gates and can cut off a 1" belt from the whole sleeve. Minimum order is 4 pieces at 14.25 each.
They also stock other lengths besides the 11 inch.

I SEE YOU FOUND A PLACE THAT HAS THE ACTUAL REPLACEMENT BELT THIS PAST APRIL. WAS IT THE ACTUAL REPLACEMENT AND DID IT WORK OK.
