We have a shed that has an old cement block foundation that is about 6-8" up from the ground. We have wood siding that meets the block foundation. The foundation has cracks in it that we want to seal up. We also want to put new vinyl siding over the old wood siding. We have snakes that like to crawl in the cracks in the foundation. It also looks like the snakes crawl up the foundation and crawl between the top of the foundation and the siding and hide in there. The snakes don't get inside the shed as we have sealed everything up on the inside. We want to make sure we seal everything up on the outside and get rid of the snake problem. We have thought of using something like quikcrete to go over the foundation and up underneath the siding as much as we can. Would that work? Do you have other suggestions? We live in Minnesota. Thanks!! |
