ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET REPLACEMENT BATTERY PACKS FOR A DELTA CORDLESS DRILL?
EVERYWHERE I HAVE TRIED RETAIL DOES NOT CARRY THEM ANYMORE.

Try Hart Batteries . Chris Hart rebuilds old Delta battery packs using new NiCad or NiMH 1.2Vcells in series - does a good job & is reasonable.
