** [Kenmore 90 Series Washer] The model number is 23932200 **
That model number is incomplete, it appears to be missing the 3-digit manufacturer's prefix. The complete model number may be 110.23932200 making it a Whirlpool built 'direct drive' washer design.
** It does not want to spin out. **
What does it do instead? Try to spin or nothing at all?
Does it drain the water?
Any sounds?
Does the timer continue to count down through the rest of the cycle or just stop at that spot of the cycle and never move on??
** There is a hole on the top that if you stick something in and manually spin the cycle, it will eventually spin out. **
You are likely referring to the lid switch actuator hole. You shouldn't need to stick anything down it and if you did it would be a sign of a problem that should have gotten looked into.
** Now it is not even doing that? **
Is that a question? If it is actually a statement than maybe the lid switch or its actuator has now failed for good?
You can see the lid switch for the washer model I assume you have and read about the job of accessing for inspection or replacing it if needed at the following links:
