Kenmore Washer 70 Series Won't Drain

** Kenmore Washer (70 Series) **

I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the washer you have. What is needed is the appliance's *model number* as pritned on the washer's model and serial number tag ("70 Series" isn't it) so we can find out what design of washer it is.

** it will not click over to drain or spin **

You mean the timer isn't advancing into the spin cycle (or past it)?

If so, that might just be caused be a defective lid switch or lid switch actuator or a possibly problem in the timer.

If not, please clarify exactly what is or is not happening and when.
