Half of my deck has a pergola over it. From noon until at least 6pm we get the direct hot sun. Because of the construction of the pergola we cannot use the standard awning for shade. I saw an advertisement in a home magazine that showed 3 - 4 feet wide awnings that slide in tracks hooked to bottom of pergola rafters. They would store at the house side of the pergola when not needed. When shade is needed you could pull all or some of them part way or all the way across pergola for total shade. I would like more information on these special awnings but cannot find advertisement (they do have a web site where you can send in measurements for a quote). Can someone help me with the organization web site address. I'm also interested in any other ways of providing shade under pergola.
