My family and I need to remove the old cottage cheese ceiling throughout our home. We are testing for Asbestos. If there is Asbestos, is the process for removal the following, scraping, plastering, sanding and ready for paint? All of course with the protective clothing and masks. Where and how should the old ceiling be discarded?
