I am opening a wine bar in NY and I am trying to estimate the amount of sqaure footage per person that I will need. It will not be a restaurant/bar but strictly a wine bar that serves appetizers, cheese, fruit, etc. It will also have a 6' x 4' size antipasto bar. In my mind I would like to have several cocktail tables, side tables, overstuffed chairs and a few sofas. Possibly a jukebox as well. Any ideas? thanks, Ben |

actually it can vary state to state and county to county so I would go to your local township office and see what their regulations are, and you may want to talk to the fire marshall in your town as well, they are the one that sets the guidelines for your area. |
