I want to build a small modular home on my daughters property but cannot find any one who will do this. Seem they only want to do the large expensive ones. I have seen plans and want a small 3/2 about 1000 sq ft. No one will give me a straight answer of a ball park cost. I know septic, well water isn't included but what is? Does anyone know a reliable builder in the Naples Florida area who would do this?

Did you ever have any luck finding a builder? I am searching for the same and would love to hear about your progression.
