I love the Simplex modular home featured on the show. Anyone know of a West Coast modular home factory capable of building a high quality, high-end modular home? Any advice or leads would be helpful. |

If you're near Wa state, try Valley Quality, out of Yakima Wa. The top of the line and recommended everywhere. We've had 2 and would have one now if I could get them to haul to AZ

Thank you. I actually need the home to be delivered to Southern California. It does seem that there alot of good options for the Washington and Canadian market but they generally don't deliver so far away. |

I have an extremely good Modular Home Factory in my home town of Hoopa, Ca. We are located 60 miles east of Eureka, Ca approximately two and a half hours from I5. If you are serious and would like to see the brochures let me know. |

Info on Modular Homes |

Our house burned down last November and we rather replace it with a prefab home. Previouse structure was a three bedroom 2 bath 2700 sqf.
We are open about all sensible floor plans except No ONE BEDROOM.
We need to know what are the important drawbacks on modular homes. |

What part of the country are you located in? There is some great information on our website www.harvesthomesrealestate.com. Also I may be able to answer any specific question you may have. There are not many drawbacks to building a Modular home, but if you don't have a realistic view of the process it can seem overwhelming. The best thing to do is work with a reputable dealer, with experience and good feedback and then find the same in a General Contactor. If you have those two pieces to the puzzle you will be well on your way to good experience. If you don't you may not be getting into what you bargained for.
Please tell me where you are located and what type of home you are interested in. Are you familiar with the difference between a manufactured and a Factory Built/modular home?
