Front Porch and Bathroom (HA1108)

Buy Show Video

The front porch is getting some attention, with traditional shutters going up, and work being done to the ceiling, railing, and trim, including a pressure-treated crown molding and painting. In the bathroom, tile work begins, featuring a tumbled marble shower, surrounded with stenciled design. Also, the granite vanity top for the Kohler lavatory is being cut. Around back, Ryley and Kevin are making progress on the side porch, putting up the plywood on the ceiling. Additional information is available regarding historic paint colors in the Charleston area.
