Without recourse
A company is not responsible to a third party when an account or financial instrument is not honored by the debtor with the creditor's only recourse being to the debtor's property.

Witness
An individual who provides evidence under penalty of perjury, under oath in a trial. It is also the observance of an event or transaction or contract.

Wood block
Flat, wide piece of wood for bracing, hammering, or sanding.

Wood block flooring
Preformed wood tiles, which may have tongue and groove edges and in which flooring is laid.

Wood butt piling
Wood piling, with a steel band around the top so that it doesn't split, which is driven into the ground for foundations.
