Whereas most of customers prefer to have us complete their homes once they are shipped from the factory, some of our customers just want the home.  We are happy to accommodate these requests and to use our factory relationships to provide customers thebest prices possible.  This option allows homeowners to save the most amount of money.

Through our simple ordering process, we will work with you to order the house you want.  We will also provide you with documents, such as construction estimate worksheets and checklists to estimate the cost of completing your home. Currently, this option allows us to serve the entire east coast, but we will be expanding into other areas of the country.
