I want to have my steps carpeted. There is a wall on one side of the steps and the other side is open. I would like to run the carpet the entire width of the steps but I need an idea for trim on the open side. I want the carpet to go up against the trim and NOT be wrapped around the edge of each step. Can anyone help me?
