You need legal advice.

Paint that did not dry in a month is bad paint and also damaged your walls.

You should not only be reimbursed for the paint, you should also be compensated for the replacement of your walls.

Call your homeowner's insurance company.

You have already paid them to provide legal counsel and assistance in such matters....and their advice and legal representation should cost you nothing.
