Kenmore Elite Microwave Door Handle

I have a Kenmore Elite Microwave model number 66563799305. I ordered a replacement handle, but it came without instructions. The top screws are visable, but the bottom screws are behind the door case. There are 2 side screws, but after removing them, the door case is still in place. How do I remove this case to access the screws?
