dirty grout lines

here's the problem, when the toilet seat is left up the dogs like to drink from it. they then drool on the floor, and walk through the water. the combination of dirt on thier feet and the water on the floor has resulted in grout lines that are stained. my question is is there a way to clean the grout, stain it, or remove it without damaging the tile. any thoughts would be great.
